Allan and Arnel
Alberta musicians Jane Allan & Lance Arnell can play a song that will bring back a memory, inspire adventure and warm your spirits.
Acoustic instruments compliment their tasteful vocals in a variety of musical styles: country, bluegrass-lite, folk, roots and a growing collection of their original tunes.
They`ve performed at a variety of venues: community events, gallery openings, corporate functions, Stampede breakfasts, train rides, cowboy poetry festivals, and a multitude of house concerts and campfires while on the trail.
If you're searching for music that will take you to the blue sky prairies, into the rugged mountains for some fresh air or around a campfire to hear a tall tale then listen to the music of Allan & Arnell.
Morningside Band is a bluegrass flavored quartet that plays a variety of music that will catch your ears!!! From traditional bluegrass to Canadian folk, you will enjoy the powerful vocal harmonies, tight rhythms, and sparkling instrumental sounds of Morningside.
These Central Alberta band members have played together in different configurations for many years. Greg Leblanc lays down the bass line on the big ol upright bass and sings the tenor parts. Rick Moore, plays rhythm guitar and does lead vocals. Lee Foote, transplanted from Louisiana, plays the five string banjo with flash and flair and helps with vocals, too. Brian Ficht provides a sensitive touch on the resophonic guitar. Check out Morningside Band for music that will brighten your day!
